Septic Service Growth is a service of Absolutely Elite LLC. These terms cover this website and any sample site we build for you before there is a signed agreement. Paid work is governed by its own written agreement, which takes precedence.
Sample sites
- A sample we build for your company is ours until you buy it. It stays unlisted and non-indexed.
- It uses your business name, service list and publicly displayed Google information to show what your site could be. It is a demonstration, not a live site, and we do not publish it as one.
- We take it down on request, without asking why.
- Content in a sample is generated from public information and may be wrong. Do not rely on it as a description of your business.
This website
The text, drawings and code on this site belong to Absolutely Elite LLC. The information here is provided as it is, with no warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
We send commercial email in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act: accurate sender information and subject lines, a physical mailing address, and a working unsubscribe link in every message that we honour immediately.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
